• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Cooked Fast Eddy's Champ. Steaks out of the Docs new book, one of the best steaks I have ever had. Used blues hog instead of Montreal seasoning but was really suprised, I never thought you could cook a steak in the smoker, always thought it would just dry it out. Family ate everything to fast to take pictures.

I always felt the same way but I've eaten a few slow cooked steaks that Eddy cooked and they are excellent.
 
I'm gonna have to try that some day. I'm a big believer in the super hot, super fast method. I'm not an accomplished smoker yet, but I am known for my steaks around my house. I'm always willing to reinvent the wheel when it comes to steak.
