Boss is on Vacation this week so Friday we doing Ribs - but work won't allow anything but electrics so 2 fellars are bringing in their Masterbuilts. :sad: but I knows how to use one. :mrgreen: probally doing 6 racks (maybe 7-8 ) plus pan of beans and some store bought tater salads. Used properly the electrics can turn out some fabulous BBQ. Bet the folks eating those robs won't mind one bit that they were cooked on a "sissy" smoker. :heh:

Got one of those Tyson St. Louis in the freezer. Will be my first Tyson. Hope your cook goes well. Do you use your trimmings or trash them?

6 racks in the 40" and pan beans will go in 30" at 10:30. FYI - with rib racks you could do 10 racks in the 40".
