4ever3
somebody shut me the fark up.
Decided to do fajitas tonight at the last minute to try out the new Head Country marinade. Turns out it's really good stuff!
First up was a mishap with one of Mrs 4ever3's pieces of Fiestaware... Ooops! She said "No biggie, we can still get that color!" WHEW!

Veggies are coming along nicely on Jessi...

Actually close enough to put the steak on Waylon...

While the steak is going time to heat up the tortillas

Tortillas are hot, steak is done and sliced, so in with the veggies to stay warm while we set the table.

Plated up... That'll work

The Head County marinade was really good! Put each steaknin a ziplock bag with marinade and a squeeze of lemon for about an hour and a half, pulled them out and let them set on the plate for about 30 minutes, hit them with a little Lawrys and pepper and right over the coals for a couple minutes per side. Picked up the rice and beans at a local Mexican joint...
Thanks for lookin!
