I'm going to be in the Fairfax, VA, area in June. I'd appreciate some recommendations on good que in the area.

There is none. No joke, no good bbq in Northern Virginia, outside of backyard warriors like me. I've heard DixieBones BBQ in Woodbridge, VA is good, never had it. Good luck with that.

Sorry my response is so long in coming. You are correct, there wasn't much in the way of que up there, even bad que. Those folks don't believe in biscuits at breakfast either. It was complete culture shock...

Sorry I didn't see this. Chassup is correct. No BBQ in the area. I have been to Dixiebones a few times on trips going south and enjoy it.
