excellent steakhouse in St. Louis area

I was in St Louis this week. Shock took me to dinner at Porters. A very fine dining experience. It is on the east side in Collinsville inside a Holiday Inn. We both had the pepperloin. It was excellent!

I gotta stop meeting guys on the internet and then meeting up at hotels.

i'm thinkin' maybe Brian's route should be up through Kansas, across Iowa, and then into Ill. That way his car is safe from being stripped in East St. Louis and his a$$ is safe going through Arkansas.
