another good find, Rob thnks,, Cooks Illustraded did a taste amongst sea salts a while back .. there was one that was going for, I think $50-$60 a pound , but was beaten by a sea salt that we see in the stores regulary, Baleine.. which cost me the last time $2.79 for 26.5 oz...which is $1.69 a pound... ..
