Transplanted from northwestern Washington State, I live in Boise, and currently have a Weber OTS (with which I am currently totallly in love!!), a 2-burner gas Charbroil, an ancient Luhr-Jensen Little Chief, and am in the process of designing and building an in-ground pit (possibly with a separate smoke chamber...we'll see! :wink:) I'm a former professional cook, and have been lurking here for some time- grateful for all of the great info, and the spirit of sharing that's here. Thanks for having me aboard! :becky:
