• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

My wife is visiting our son-in-law, daughter & new grandchild, so I'm batchin' it this week. I'm getting into the canned goods, leftovers & the freezer for gourmet inspiration.
Last night I found some frozen PSB & made tacos. There was some PSB leftover & there also was tortillas, eggs, cheese & etc.

This is one of my old favorites that I had forgotten about: Eggs In Hell. Used the POS gasser.

I mixed the two sauces together in the skillet (you can use any sauce you wish, I'm partial to green sauces), & brought the mix to a simmer.
Cracked the eggs & gently let them drop into the sauce.

While they were getting cozy, warmed up the beans and the pepper stout beef.

The eggs poached quite nicely.

Lightly oiled the corn tortillas & warmed them on the skillet on the side burner.

Got out the plate, put down the tortillas, the eggs w salt & pepper, added sauce & cheese. Next came the PSB and beans.

Time to Eat!

¡Que fue muy buena! ¡Estoy lleno!

Looks like you eating good, nice job and thanks for posting.

Wow, that is very different than the traditional shakshuka that I've made (loosely translated Eggs in Hell). Need to try this mexican version. Looks great!

Hey robert-r,

Have you tried the Ranch Style pinto's that come in (I think) "Hot" or "Spicy"?

Cook them up, mash them, and they make a mucho gusto refried bean.

Your vittles look mighty good!

Dang that looks good! .....givin' me a couple of ideas....

My favorite cheese too! Love Tillamook Extra Sharp.

Make sure she don't see this or you may never get to batch it again:thumb:
