xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I got the app on my phone ready to go.
I figure I can use two meat probes for ambient temps on my offset so I'll know the temps from one side to the other. I'll just use one ambient temp on my ceramic. I like that it has four probes.

I went to this web page https://www.tappecue.net/User/Login and once you login it says Tappecue current session, Name, temps, graph. Once I hook up again I will check the web page. I'll let you know.
I've had one of these for about 4 months and love it. I think you will be happy with it. I really like the way it graphs your cook. And if you want you can insert pictures into that graph after your cook on the computer. One thing that I'm a little disappointed in is you are not able to put info about your cook in when you set it up before each cook on your phone or iPad, such as the seasonings your using, weight of meat, etc. I sent a message to their customer service about it and they did reply saying it would be something that they would consider incorporating into it. Otherwise I love it:thumb:

I went in and turned on the tappecue and setup a session through my phone and once I did that the web pages worked.
I suppose you can down load the app on your laptop and set from your laptop.

sorry but another ? how long are the probe wires and can you get them in different lengths if you know ?

No worries. Ask whatever your about the unit.
Says they are 6 ft. I have not untied them yet. Website shows $13.95 for replaciement or another care type one for $22..

watched the videos on you tube but I am confused . do you just plug a lap top in if you want it just by your smoker right ? so it will read off your home wifi with out being connected to with the usb so if I am on my bedroom computer I will be able to monitor it from there ?
