• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Shipping some beef overnight via FedEx. Anybody have any experience with how much dry ice I need to add? 20 lbs of cold, but not frozen beef, cryovacked, and wrapped in paper to prevent freezer burn, stuffed into a styrofoam beer cooler and then boxed up.

Area Squared divided by dispersion rate of dry ice should get you close. BTW My Peecan will not require the ice mod.

Won't need much to ship to Long Beach. I'll be waitin'.

Shipping yours to Greenville, come get it.

Use them blue freezer packs and fill air cavity with styrofoam peanuts.

Dry ice will damage the meat

That's why I'm wrapping in newspaper. You confident that isn't good enough to protect it?

BTW I get Dry Ice shipments here weekly there is always extra so 20lbs might be over kill

Same here. Receive solder and epoxy shipped in dry ice and it seams as though none of the ice has melted.

I guess that will work.

I just happen to send and receive alot of meat and stuff, so blue packs are easier. I got some with Giles name on them in my freezer, and probably he's got a few with mine.

Too hot to do it in July and August for us though.

Good luck.
