Chef Country
is one Smokin' Farker
So I decided I would try my first beer butt chicken, all I can say is why have I waited so long for this!
I rubbed it with olive oil, Cajun shake, Creole, Lemon pepper and seasoned salt
Then threw it on the kettle with some corn on the cob, and just before I pulled it I added some pineapple
Plated up a leg and thigh for me
and a little different angle
The flavor was amazing on this, and so juicy, my girlfriend told me this was the only way I was allowed to cook corn from now on, and it you have never had grilled pineapple I'm sorry. Now I just need to spend some more time with my new camera and learn how to use it.
