• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

That's some good looking pizza especially with the sausage!Wyatt

I picked up italian sausage at the store today to do my first Chicago deep dish of the season. It will probably be a good Wednesday night meal. I love pizza.

Your double crust looks great.

Looks great, Jay!

Looks good bro...what kind of crust is it?...looks herbal. :-P

Damn Jay, that look's fantastic, sorta crunchy and chewy......
What kinda dough was that??

That was off the shelf pizza mix doctored with itialian seasoning and crushed pepper along with some of Brauma's smoked garlic.

Dammit Jay, Now im hungry..........Looks great brother and thanks for sharing.

Isnt a Calzone a thin crust, that totally surrounds the topping on a pizza?

Im not quite sure on this one.

Isn't that what they refer to as a calazone???

Close. Typically a calzone is dough with ricotta and mozzarella inside. Picture one serving of pizza dough but folded in half making a moon shape.

Other variations include adding a pork product, like ham, or going with just ricotta and coating with sugar to make a type of dessert.

Looks great, I'll have to give this a shot sometime. We buy our pizza crust at Sam's club using the same crust they use to make there pizza's saves alot of time and there crust is VERY good.

that looks alot better than just 2 pizza's now i am getting hungry have to cook something time to get the chicken preped
