hi,
i am a new member her but dave gave me your website 2 years ago at plant city.
we are at the point of being in the final planning stages of getting our bbq joint.
our florida registered MFD has an fec100 and an sm150 along with an offsite sm150.
need some advice from anyone running an sm260 or sm350 model.
would like to stay with cookshack if i could.
if this isn't the right place to post could someone please get me in the right direction???

Glad you found us finally.
I am not aware of any of us who operate those systems, but could be wrong.
We have a couple of active restaurant owners and quite a few caterers, just never have seen that equipment listed.

May I suggest you stop in our "Cattle Call" section and say HI to those of us who do not know you.
I will move this over to our "Q-Talk" area and see what we can dig up for you.
