• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I do this a bunch, so

Cook your butts overnight. Shred them into diposable pans as soon as you get there early Friday. Offer side dishes (beans, potato salad and slaw). Don't go cheap! We charge $6 for a 4 ounce pulled pork on bun, with 2 sides, 4 ounces each and we are too cheap......What time you going out?

Don't take any wooden nickles. :-D

Good luck with your venture. Get us some pictures of the crowds!

Good luck...ummmm the only suggestion I may have is keep the cooker away from the gas pumps

Cuz that could be bad...

off to do some shoping and getting everything ready :eusa_clap

Good luck to ya! Wish we had the option to get BBQ at the gas station. Hell, I'm lucky if I get someone who speaks English at the gas station!!

Good luck to you. You are doing something we all would love to be doing.

Leave the booze at home on Saturday, that would be my primary suggestion.

Oh, and careful with your knives.

Don't go cheap! What you are discribing serving, here in LA, they charge $10-$14! :eusa_clap You must have some long lines! :-D

Best of luck to you:biggrin: I'll chime in with some pricing too.....our local bbq joint charges $7.50 for a large sandwich, two sides and a drink.
