Doin a Butt (Pron)

Going to be cooking pulled pork and homemade rolls for a grad party in about a month so I'm trying to sharpen up my game a bit...

Da victim...5 ish pound butt from Sam's..

Getting the fire ready..

Dialed in..

I know image quality is poor but if I didn't us my blackberry I would never get them uploaded!

Butt is cooking...after lunch will start the rolls.

Just pulled the butt and is in the house resting. Starting the sides..sweet corn w/red pepper and not sure what else..

Pretty happy with the bark on this one..

And plated....grabbed a jar of apple sauce out of the fruit room to round out the plate...

Between the cooking and the yardwork, moved a few bushes, I'm zapped. The meal was fantastic though. If I can duplicate for the party it will be A-OK. Probably do a couple more between now and then.
