As chosen by tom b for winning the "Boneless Skinless Chicken Cookoff" Throwdown.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING

Moose, I'm thinking "Latin American Flair" - not just Mexican, but also include South & Central American and Caribbean cuisines as well. Tacos and burritos are allowed but thinking outside the box and getting creative is encouraged.
