• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Moose, I'm thinking "Latin American Flair" - not just Mexican, but also include South & Central American and Caribbean cuisines as well. Tacos and burritos are allowed but thinking outside the box and getting creative is encouraged.

Here's a good definition and description of various Latin American Cuisines:

Let's not forget Italy, Spain, Portugal, parts of France and England too where Latin influence was strong.

Isn't Friday the 1st of April... or are you just fooling around?
