• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Since it is SuperBowl weekend, I thought I would use that as my theme for this TD. For my family, every Superbowl party has to have buffalo wings. So here is my buffalo wing inspired burger....

I started with a burger stuffed with a combination of blue cheese and cream cheese (should have taken photos :sad:) and cooked it hot and fast right over the charcoal chimney...

Cooking over the chimney allowed me to get good color, but not over cook the burger...

To top the burger, I made a "slaw" out of carrots, celery, and jalapeno pepper. I dressed this in a combination of blue cheese dressing and Franks Red Hot...

This was a burger suitable for the head of the house! (since she wasn't home, I got to eat it :-D)
