• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I've been wanting to cook a dessert on fire for some time now and I came up with an outrageous concoction that melds sweetness, creaminess, saltiness, smokiness and booze into a stacked dessert made with fire!

Layers:
1. Pancake
2. Seared Fresh Pineapple
3. Vanilla Ice Cream
4. Candied Pecans
5. Reduced Rum/Butter Sauce
6. Whipped Cream

I used my Mojoe Griddle on a standard/ordinary backyard fire bowl to cook layers 1,2,4 and 5 with a full-on California desert backdrop! Four guys gobbled it up! Here's the video:
