Watching Unwrapped now.
Just saw something, kinda neat.
Curly's packaged bbq pulled pork.
Don't know if I can get it here, I'd have to look.
But it seems authentic (but over sauced maybe)
Smoked for 12-16 hours, then hand pulled, and they showed falling off the bone.
They added more sauce than I would for sure, but for the masses, it might be good.
I use to like Lloyd's, long before my own epiphany
