No pics but I did beef ribs yesterday for a couple friends and my lady.

Beef ribs are so easy. Olive oil, kosher or sea salt, lots of pepper, 285F on the smoker for about 6-7 hours, probe for buttery consistency (200F internal but I don't cook to temp I cook to tenderness), remove with towels, let rest.

I made a great green bean salad yesterday too. Trim up and cook green beans, brown up some sliced almonds, feta cheese crumbled, dressing is olive oil with garlic, juice of half a lemon off my tree, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
