Quintessential Chatty Farker
I need to comment on a recipe I found in the recipe section here. I made up a batch of "Cowboy Candy" posted by PooBah. This results in candied jalapenos. Mixed it 50/50 with my home canned cinnamon peach preserves. Grilled up some 1.25" thick rib chops and when they were close to done I slathered them with "The Mix". Oh my goodness. This was one of the best cooks I've ever done. Not prime rib good mind you, but maybe some of the best pork I've ever had. This takes some effort, but well worth it in my opinion.
