My plan was to do this yesterday but the rains came and forced a delay.
Got the Drumpit fired up and stoked with some Hickory

Loaded down with Loving Attention And Lots of Garlic!!!!!

Lady CathyWoman's Stuffed Mushrooms to munch on mmmmmmmmm

Meatballs pulled @ 2 hours to await plunge into Red Gravy

Veggies and Sausage all chopped in the pot, Red Gravy just starting to simmer

More to follow.....takes a while for the flavors to marry......

I'm at work now, left the Lady CathyWoman tending the Red Gravy @ home, but when I get back there I'll ask her. I know it's Emeril's Recipe from one of his CookBooks, Potluck's the name, but I had lent it out to BuellerQ this weekend and Cathy had written it down beforehand...She also told me earlier that it wasn't on the FoodNetwork's WebSite...and they are lipsmackin' good!!!

MeatBall Update!!!!

So's I come back home from a hard day's work and begin the final preps for
dinner when I discover no spaghetti noodles in the house!!!! I've been to town,(30 miles away) twice today and no spaghetti noodles in the house!!!!
I had asked The Lady CathyWoman, Friday Night, about supplies and she had assured me that there were indeed spaghetti noodles in the HOUSE!!! Oh, well, onto Plan B...Country Style Baked Penne Rigate of which are in the house....
Placed MeatBalls into Red Gravy, or, if you prefer, HomeMade Tomato Sauce, to finish cooking......

30 minutes later after boiling the Penne and Baking it with the finished sauce.....
applied generous cheeses and topped with MeatBalls

Spooned up a portion of Smokey Gooey Goodness

I got you a place at the table and a plate all fixed..where you at? I may have been Italian in another life...but only if they used Drum Smokers to fix the vittles....it's eating like this that keeps me @ a svelte 300lbs or so.....good stuff...the smoke comes right through but is subtle, not overpowering...how's your smoking coming?
