• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Thanks for the comments so far. These were some boneless country style ribs I got on sale over labor day. The pictures don't do justice to the size of 'em. Each is like a thick steak. Cooked to a internal temp of 170 F over a indirect set up with a water pan. The foil pan they are in is a grill tray with holes in the bottom. Used some hickory wood chips on the fire during the first hour and a half. Rub and sauce are off the shelf. Not really smoked or grilled..half and half I suppose. The family and me enjoyed them with beans, rolls and mac-n-cheese. The last picture is one of several plain bratwurst I threw on to finish the fire. I save 'em and reheat in a frying pan.

I think ThirdEye just cooks his in direct sunlight...I've dried clothes this way & I like the smell, does the same idea apply to pork?

Good looking grub, its been a while sine I last cooked them but they did turn out real good
