I am going to smoke a pork butt this weekend and my local grocery store had corned beef points on sale for $3. Bought one to throw on with my pork butt. Any tips or advice on how to get this done? I haven't done brisket before. Will the corned point cook different than a normal point? Will I just cook it until it is probe tender? Thanks in advance!
