Cool Backyard Fryer

This thing looks pretty cool. I've been trying to increase my fat intake. This might be the ticket.


Custom built fish cooker, designed for two people to fry, comes complete with cast iron high preasure burner, bottom grease drain, lid and pot. Pot is 1/4 thick steel that cooks even and to prefection. 24 inch dia. 3 to 4 gallions of oil will get you cooking, fish will golden brown. I do not beleive you will find a unit this nice anywhere but at Davis Smokers and Grills

That is one sturdy looking fryer. Who would of 'thunk it' to use the ends of those propane tanks for a backyard fryer!

I've seen a similar fryer in action - very nice and lots of surface space so you can cook a lot of stuff at one time. The price isn't too shabby - thought the shipping will definately have an impact on the final cost.
