• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Butt and Full Brisket have been on for about two hours now. Ribs, Sausage, and Chick Drumsticks to come. Camera is broken, so no pictures. It's been a while since I Qed.

Weather kinda crappy though, High may get to 80 and there is a stiff breeze. Bandera doesn't want to stay above 200.

My ĐĐĐ is getting a little stiff from sitting in this chair so long so I’m going to go find some ≈≈≈ before long.

Thanks for asking!

What's the ASCII art for boneless turkey breast and stuffed acorn squash?

Oh... never mind... This works better...

Butterball boneless Turkey Breast seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic, cooked at 300 until 155 internal, glazed with a citrus glaze, sliced and eaten!

Acorn squashed baked at 300 until almost done. Stuffing is homemade cornbread stuffing with crumbled fatty, cornbread, onions, celery and seasonings. Stuffed into the squash then baked 30 minutes longer.

Yum-o!

Nice Ron.... I'm stocking up several varieties of winter squash too.

My chicken finished up right before the series warm-up show.

Nice looking thighs!

How about some pork chops to go with them?

They were brined for about an hour in a mix of water, salt, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and some of Spice's Hen and Hog Dust. Then I rubbed them with more Hen and Hog and grilled them on the gasser.

Add some veggies and some stuffing (Stovetop... Ran out of time)...

Wow that all looks great. I fixed salmon and asparagas with rice last nite. It was raining its arse off, but I got it done on the gasser. Did one piece Bobby Flay way with mustard slather and brown sugar topping. It came out good, but I still prefer salmon with only salt and pepper and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Ron, thanks for reminding me, I need to get an order off to Spicewine for somedust and sauce. Wish it could include a smoker! Someday........
