The weather has been exceptionally nice here the past few days and since I have today off I figured I would fire up the Egg and do a little cooking.
The sky to the east... sun coming up... (just cut the grass yesterday)

2 Naked Fatties,
2 rack of spares and the trimmings, dusted with Bone Sucking Rub
1 CAB Chuck roast with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick rub...
All over RO lump and cherry

This could be a LONG day....

LMAJ those pics are awesome. I love the sunrise picture. I hope you have a riding mower because that looks like a big yard! Pics look great so far can't wait to see how the rest of your day goes. :-D

The Ribs are Done!

Just pulled and foiled them - they and the rib trimmings are hanging out in the cooler....

Thanks! Oh yeah - have a Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle. 50 inch deck. When we first moved here I thought I could push it- silly, silly me....

Long live the Naked Fatty! :-D

AMEN Brother!

Great shots! Hope the rain holds off for you.
It did - it was one of those fast moving thunder and lightening then out of here storms. It's Sunny and 82 degrees. Was just sitting on the deck working on my tan...

It's all over...

The chuckie is resting - will be in tacos later this week. Not the greatest picture.

Al wanted the ribs sauced so I threw them back on the Egg and added some sauce.

Sliced them up - not the meatiest ribs I have had, over cooked them a bit but still pretty tasty.
