Comp chicken

Tried chicken thighs comp style for the first time. Wasn't a complete failure skin shrank to much I let my fire get hot but they has flavor, tenderness and great flavor and good color.

Did you use toothpicks to hold the skin in place?

Man that skin is the devil! Let is be as big as you can get it and wrap it around as much as you are able to. I'd still eat them all
