• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Come Annnnd Get It!!!

Sometimes I'll cook just so I can post pitures here for my Brothers. It's gets eaten so I guess it's not such a big sin. But I will usually upload and post the pics before I eat. That may be a sin. Any way it turned out pretty good.:!::-P:biggrin::wink:

Did I oversleep and miss Thanksgiving?

Looks great there Jacob.

Nah Brother, you ain't missed it, I had me a taste for ham. And I don't cook that until Christmas. And as the saying goes; I couldn't wait til x-mas. Always cook a turkey for Thanksgiving. Wait for it. Holidays are my favorite time of year. I get away with going overboard on the cooking.

Looking good! I love deviled eggs. What do you put in yours? Also, what's that in the first picture?

First Picture is boiled cabbage with a piece of smoked meat for seasoning. The eggs I put sweet salad cubes, mayo, mustard in that order. One ingredient at a time so it doesn't get soupy.

S.O.B. Jacob, you are a talented farker! I could never do wood burning, then crank out grub like that! Nice work, Bro.

I sometimes wish you farkers were a little closer. Wife doesn't believe in wasting anything. So you can do the math. 2adults + 1, 6year old= ham and dressing all week long. Only hope is if the MIL shows up and takes some home.

Man, now you've got me wanting a big 'ol pot of ham bone soup. I cook it after Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. I don't usually do anything special for Columbus day, but now I just might.

Where ARE you anyway?
My next door neighbor is a professional chef who only cooks outdoors on his gasser. Today, I could have sworn that he was cooking a ham with pineapple and anise. Definitely made my mouth water . . . and I had just finished lunch!
Nice job on yours!

WOW, what a feast that is and such variety. While we all love Q it is good to have a change once in a while! Always looking for deviled egg recipes so will try yours; sounds great! Thx for sharing.

Looks good can you fedex me the left overs

I see Huntsville, Mobile, I know there is a couple around Birmingham and I am in Tuscaloosa. Sounds like enough for a weekend mini-bash. Any body got a place? Post on the bash forum and we will try to get it together.
