• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Snow's comin down. I don't care. Need to scratch the old BBQ itch. Got a pork butt, small loin, BCC, and some country style ribs. Also trying some new rub I picked up in TX. Worth a shot. Will post pics of the product and a review of the rub.

That's commitment right there!!! For some reason I love cooking in the cold snow too!!! You gotta lotta good looking food going for sure!!

The results.

All of the meats turned out good. Eating the Country style ribs tonight. The "Slap Ya Mama" seasoning was great. It had just enough kick to satisfy me, without turning the wife and kids off of it. Not salty either. Also a pic of the squash for the side.
