couldn't stand it no more....was out cleaning & reorganizing the catering trailer & it was cold so i started a fire...now it's 3:36am & i'm 10 hours into a brisket & picnic shoulder-pit pron in a few hours...btw....i haven't seen santa yet but i hear he's wearing the stealth suit this year....
