Just used my Blackstone griddle for the first time after seasoning it. Teriyaki burgers and pineapple. There were some raised surfaces left by the burgers that I was trying to clean to be smooth, but I was having a difficult time. You can see the areas with a metallic sheen where I used a scraper and chain mail.
I scraped the loose bits after I was done grilling, then squirted on water to boil any residue off, and scrape it away. But, even after scraping, you can still see some slightly raised areas that I just can’t seem to make smooth. Any pointers?
