Clean out Chili

Cleaning out one level of one fridge. Chopped brisket, pulled chipotle pork and home ground sirloin. A lot of different spices, green chiles, onion and garlic. Smelling good in da hood.

First time I had cheese on chili was in Red River NM on a teenage ski trip. I still do that at times.

I was planning on doing this too, but you inspired me today...On the stove is mine!

Leftover brisket, some burger, cans of beans, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and some beer Some for the chili, some for me!

Neighbor took pity and brought over his snow blower and helped out this weekend....im going to repay him with some hot chili:becky:
