• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Sunday Chuckie. Marinated overnight in Worchestershire, soy sauce, SPOG, paprika. Got the Classic up to 325 then on the grill to an IT. Of 160 the in my CI Dutch oven with small taters, onions, bell peppers, carrots and a can of beef stock with a pack of brown gravy mix added in. After two hours probing tender so I took it off to rest, then heated up the juice to thicken up. Came out great!

Absolutely!!!
I don't know why, but the pic of your roast in the CI reminded me
of a dish my Mom used to make called Daube and Spaghetti.
Another classic dish.
