• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well... after struggling for nearly 10 hours, the results were okay. Flavor is good, but the not really pullable... but it was tender and flavorful. I think I rushed things too much after I foiled. It was only foiled for about 50 minutes and rested for about another 50 minutes. I think I just went too hot and drove the temp to 205 too quickly and didn't give the time required.

I got a late start and my patience began to wear bit thin. It was okay though. I think maybe next time I'll inject and give plan on 11 or 12 hours total. I think I could of foiled around 160 since the meat was already very dark and had a good bark going. Also, I didn't even think about a complimentary sauce to go with it, but it was pretty good with just the flavor of the rub and the mesquite.

So... the first Q with the ribs was a D... I'll give myself a C on this one.

Looks good!! Let it cool off and chop it up if you want. I have done it that way when I was in a hurry.

Today must have been chuckie day!
I made fajitas out of the ones I did today. Man am I ever FULL.

Yeah I'm packed as well. It did have great flavor and it was tender, so I guess I shouldn't complain. It certainly didn't hinder stuffing my pie hole with it.
