I decided a bacon cheddar burger would compliment the warm sunny day nicely, so I grabbed some boneless short ribs and a chuck roast that was on sale. Ran it through the LEM and then made some patties, seasoned them with salt and pepper, then onto the Primo XL. I topped the burgers with aged cheddar and some oven cooked bacon. Served along side some kettle chips, watermelon, and a refreshingly hoppy IPA. Hit the spot!
