• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hello Brethren,
I've got some family coming into town this week and pulled beef is on the menu for one night. I have a cross rib roast and a chuck roast in the freezer from a portion of cow I bought last fall. Any thoughts on which works better for pulled beef sandwiches?
 
I think the chuck has more flavor for pulled and is a little more forgiving. I like the cross rib for sliced beef sandwiches.
 
Ditto on the chuck plus it has a great texture for pulling.
 
Chuck is the best in my opinion as well , great beefy flavor and takes on the smoke really well��
