• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I meant to post this a while ago, but life got in the way. It's been nutty around the homestead lately.

So, Shagdog was kind enough to pick up some chuck eye steaks for me. For whatever reason I never saw them when I was out shopping.

Here they are resting. I seasoned them simply with Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Served them up with roasted cauliflower and broccoli. Roasting at 425 is my new favorite way of getting vege on the plate.

Agree on the roasted veg... we've been doing quite a lot of that lately, too.
 
If you get in a pinch...

1 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
2 tea cayenne
2 tea garlic

Damn close to the original. Use fine ground pepper and table salt, not kosher
