• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Decided to roll the Performer back up the deck and grill some bone in chops. Just seasoned them with Season All and grilled over Royal Oak. I love bone in chops anyway you cook them! My wife also made some jasmine rice. I have never had it before, but don't think I'll ever buy another type of rice. Jasmine rice is fantastic!

You should be able to find jasmine rice in any grocery store with an international foods section. Good stuff!

Do you guys mix anything with your Jasmine rice or just eat it plain? I like it plain, but I'm always open to something new.

I think my wife only mixed in butter and s&p. I'm gonna dice up the leftover chops and make fried rice with the leftover rice tonight along with a spatchcock chicken!
 
Boneless chops are like boneless breasts...........bland and almost tastless. IMO.
