Ms Driver is a real believer in grinding your own burger now. She came home with a little 2 lb chuck roast and wanted to have chopped beef steak and slaw, etc, and who am I to argue. I had it chunked up in 2 in cubes and into the fridge in about a min and a half and then got the meat grinder out and put the metal parts to it in the freezer too while I built a fire and she got everything else ready.
