Today for lunch I took some of the leftover chipotle glazed roast that was smoked on the BGE last night. I put it on a hoagie bun added some provolone, mozzarella, baby spinach and tomatoes slices. Served with a Red Strip and a game of pool.

Gotta love good leftovers on a bun with melted cheese. I usually do extra steak, mushroons, onions, etc. on the grill, just so that we can have broiled hoagies the next day.
