Chipotle Chicken Legs

MSD wanted some Chicken Legs with a touch of bite.

Used the Grill Mates Mesquite marinade but chopped up a few chipotle peppers and garlic to add.

After a good soak, onto the Kettle with Stok grates

Added a light adobe sauce made of chipotle peppers, garlic, and a little SBR to bind it together

Plated with a Cheesy pasta and green bean salad that had asparagus and bacon in it.

This was very good. MSD came up with the flavor choice and I gotta say it was great.

It is part of the Stok grill system. I found it at the Cabelas bargain basement from a damaged grill.

It kind of works like the vortex and they have several inserts to put there.
