Two meals this weekend... One was a quick chimichurri flank steak, using fresh herbs from my garden and an organic angus flank steak from US Wellness Meats... Then, after mulching the perennial garden this morning, my wife made ebelskiver, some sort of danish pancake ball, stuffed with blackberries.

Steak meal was about 10 points on Weight Watchers... pancakes were only 3!

:clap2::clap2: AWESOME on both accounts!! :clap2::clap2:

Both look clean, classy and ultra tasty! Well done lady and gent.

Aebleskivers rock. Your wife's turned out much better looking than mine do. Nicely done!

Chimichurris is a sauce from the Argentina area, made of fresh herbs (parsley and oregano), chiles (jalepenos), garlic, lime juice and olive oil. There are lots of variations, this is a good one, I think.

Nice shots Curt. I haven't had chimmichuri since last summer but now that the herb garden is growing like weeds, I know what I am having this week!
