• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Greendriver - What kind of Cooking sauce is that stuff in the Knorr box called "Pipian" ?

I don't think I've ever heard of that sauce before. What else it is used for ?

Very nice! Tell me more about the sauce you used...if you don't mind?

Eye Candy Supreme!!

That looks so good...Yes, please, what is that sauce?

Just try some of the sauce if you can find it...it really taste homemade and they have Mole and another kind I think. On the box it is referred to as a marinade, cooking & braising sauce, and finishing sauce. Since Knorr is a pretty popular brand it should be pretty easy to find and it may be in the mexi section. If you have had Mole this one is just about the same. I don't know if you could tell but I used a good bit in the pan after I got all the other ingredient in there and simmered it a few minutes. Dang good stuff fer sure. I think I'm out of brisket now though.

WHOA!!!...major league awesome man!!! Care to share your recipe?...PLEASE!!! LOL! Did you boil the chilies first to remove the skin or roast them and put them in an ice bath? I'm also assuming that you scrambled the ingredients together with the eggs and stuffed it in to the chilies.
