• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

They claim it will core tomatoes as well but never tried it. With regards to jalapenos it works well. Just have to wrap your hand around your pepper seems to be the key. Hmmm that sounds familar !

Thanks for the pic. Maybe if you could explain a little about how it cuts? Also see you've made your own digital temp probe. What's it consist of and how is it working out?

The end of the twister is at a point as well as up the shaft is a small V. It funnels up the peper and out the top. They run $5 from Mfg but they want you to buy a case. I got it mail order here in Dallas for $6 which is the link I posted.

The digital is A FLuke Model 51 thermometer with a type K thermocouple that I made here at work, yes it's welded. The tip of the TC is about .008 in diameter, wire is .005 I like to hang it a meat level to keep a eye on temps. Gave up on Door thermometers long time ago. I have made these in excess of 80 feet good to .5 degrees or better.

You have to be a little off to weld these things and that pretty much fits me.
