Yeah, I know. I've posted this many times but it's always worth another look.
Mrs lunchman asked what I wanted (to cook) for a combined Father's Day/My Birthday dinner. :grin: Under normal circumstances she might have convinced me to go out to eat but restaurants here in Massachusetts are just beginning to open with limited outside seating. So as usual, I prefer my own grilling anyway and a favorite of mine is Chicken Shawarma (recipetineats.com recipe).
No prep pics, you've seen 'em before. But the chicken thighs are looking pretty good out on the Golden's and after about an hour indirect, they're done -

Sliced and ready for Naan. Feeling lazy today so no home made Naan, used store bought -

That's it. A quick Father's Day/Birthday Chicken Shawarma dinner! Birthday cake later this evening and no, I didn't make my own. :biggrin1:
