Chicken n Ribs

About 8 years ago I built a smoker out of an old fridge and it has sat unused in the garage for the last 3 years or so enough was enough. It was time to clean it up and return it to its glory. I forgot how good of a cooker it is and have been using it pretty good the last few weeks.

Over the weekend I brined up a bird and dusted with some Yard Bird Rub.

and a few racks of Spare Ribs to feed the crowd for the NFL Championship games. Turned out pretty tasty . Planning on cooking a brisket this weekend.

I could post some more of the beast no problem. I ll try to dig up a few from the original build too.
