• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

All these griddle topics made me hungry for fajitas. Seasoned up some chicken with a
Latin-ish Rub to throw on the grill. Used the same seasoning on some sliced onion, mushroom, green pepper, and orange pepper. Let those sizzle away on the griddle.

Fried some corn tortillas in the leftover veggie fat on the griddle. Sliced the chicken. Topped with the veggies, some white queso, cilantro, and a squirt of lime. Side of rice, and we were all set.

Nice! Is that your kitchen? If so you have the kitchen of my dreams right there!! Always wanted a flat top and a grill in my kitchen! :thumb:

I genuinely love the word ish in a sentence.
Yours was awesome.
That looks great

Thanks. Yeah. It's a bluestar range top. I use the griddle and the grill nearly daily. Not sure what I would do without it. If I had to do it again, I would most likely buy the exact same piece of equipment. That's about the highest praise I can give it.

Those look great, but are there any leftovers for me? :-P

I'm obsessed over that ceramic pig to the right. My wife collects vintage and antique pottery. A couple years ago I got her to buy a pig, now she (we) has a whole sounder of ceramic swine.

Give me a couple Dos Equis and that plate and I would be a happy man.

Well man, that's one fancy set up you got there!

Haha. Didn't even notice. Looks kind of like it is overseeing the preparation of the meal (hoping for a pork free dinner). His brother lives atop our fridge
