It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. The other week when I made a bunch of sausage of all kinds I got a 40lb case of boneless skinless thighs from RD and made 20lbs of sausage and ground up the other 20lbs just for ground chicken . Can't beat ground chicken for $.77/lb :becky:.

All I wanted for dinner tonight was sliders with no side and the misses was very agreeable. Very happy with the way it all turned out. Love the ground chicken burgers!!

Here's the guac I made earlier in the day. Had a poblano in the fridge so used that instead of a jalapeno and might like that more now

Here's the "juice" a friend gave us that I'm trying to finish

Mixed the chicken with some salt, pepper, chopped onion, and chopped poblano

Searing one side

Searing the other

Adding white american cheese

Cheese melting

Topped with guac and some sriracha

Dang sexy looking sliders right there. I'd eat every one of them.

Wow. Those look fantastic.

I'll easily second the homemade guac sentiment! So much more flavor when we make it vs. some restaurant.

Any added flavor in your Ball jar of water there, or just straight?

Never been given the 2 quart size of water. This one is supposedly peach, but is subtle and tastes pretty straight to me, which I actually like :-D

I've got a jar of, "juice" like that, too! Mine isn't flavored, though, which I prefer. The stuff I have will knock your ding ding in the dirt!!:thumb: No hangovers, though. Had some a few weeks ago that was about three fights to a pint. It's amazing how good homemade, "juice", is!

Nice yardbird, Jason.

Damn man, can I come live at your house?

ROFLMFAO............he sells his Shirley, refuses to use the rest of his inventory and settles for a non-cast iron pan on the stove top. :becky:

shame on you Jason, go spank yourself and report back for your shaming!

that Guac looks mouth watering.

Three fights to a pint. Never heard that before!!! Pretty funny!

Here where I live, seems like the "juice" has a wet card board smell and taste that is rather off putting. I have had some that was smooth and worked very well. But that was about 7 years ago and never to be found again. Sure would like to get some of the good stuff, you know... for medicinal purposes and all.:caked:

Oh and the sliders look good too. My wifey really likes the guac.

Happy New Year!

Robert

Yup straight up non stick baby :clap2:!! Whatchu know about dat :caked:?? Yeah was going to use my egg, but was lazy. I guess if the flattop non grill was a "blackstone" it would have been acceptable :-P:biggrin1:. I don't even own a cast iron anything :shock:. But should soon. Father in law gave us some Xmas gift cards to places that carry them since I've wanted one.

I'm no juice expert but have had a bunch, especially since there is always some floating around the comp world. This is the top of my list and very happy with it.
