Marinating throw down going on and I wanted to think outside the box. Found a recipe for carne asade and went from there. The recipe is here

I used the pico recipe as well as the mojo marinade. Both were amazing. First I made the marinade and let the chicken and beef marinade for 6hrs.



Once I was ready to start cooking I made the fresh pico and hand cut fries.



I cooked the chicken and beef on the kettle and used the side burner on grill for fries.


Here is the finished fries. I topped them with both chicken and beef, then pico, followed by avocado and sourcream.




Hands down top 5 meals I have ever cooked. And I have done a lot of cooking
